How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Returns
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Frenxys (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
One of the best purchases I made in recent past. I have 2 workstations one for office and one for home use. I can switch 1080p 60fps camera, Mouse , Keyboard and aux shared USB link to the keyboard without even having to power the switch.
The device has a premium feel, but does not work well with all USB devices. My keyboard works perfectly with it, but my mouse sometimes spontaneously disconnects for a second, and occasionally doesn't even come back without intervention.
Works perfectly. Called a microphone (HyperX quadcast), mechanical keyboard, mouse and webcam (C922). Work normally without need auxiliary power.
It arrived a week earlier than indicated, completely new and sealed, working perfectly. Includes 2 USB 3.0 cables. Compatible with PC and Mac, I use it on both and it works smoothly!

Exelent KVM product! Works as expected! I bought this to switch (my mouse and keyboard) between a Windows and a Linux (Mint) computer! Simply by pressing the button it connects the devices to one computer or the other. The USB labels at the back (1 and 2) are inverted, but you can simply fix this by changing the order of the cables. It works also as a usb hub if connected only to one pc. In other words you don't have to connect to both computers to make it work. Up to now I only had once to reconnect the USB cable from the windows pc to see the devices, it usually works without any problem! Highly recommend it! Thanks store!

It came in 6 days. I use to switch the mouse and keyboard between two computers. Switching is not instant, it takes a little time. But it's still more convenient than pulling wires every time or having 2 sets of mouse + keyboard. I'm happy)))

It came well packed. Perfect when you have 2 computers and one keyboard and mouse. Switching fast works even without additional power. Which is here by Mini USB. I took it for devices a la Clava, mouse, webka, etc.

Very small and neat box. Brought a day after the order (Moscow). There is a slight drop in speed when working with a SSD drive, but it is for sure due to the length of the cable. If connect it with a cable about 20 cm long-the speed will surely be the same. So that I would like to improve: 1. matte, not glossy plastic. Note how the monitor is reflected on the case, as on the mirror :) 2. light bulbs 1 and 2 channels of different colors go at least burning figures. And then between the bulbs 3mm and the inscription Gray on black. In short, it is not clear which channel is connected. So I marked white marker where the bulbs are in order to see them in the dark. 3. it is better that the connectors input and output were on one side. All the same, cables go one way. Yes, I understand that then the device will be more and not so neat. 4. Application to computer so that can be switched between channels combination of buttons. There are KVM where this is implemented. Recommend!
Tried at work, switch between computers, in principle, for the sake of saving space on the table option is not bad, long cable USB-set-off. Do not put extra. Power, if you need to connect the printer (from the instruction) or that what eats a lot of energy through the USB, you will need to buy. And so Clava/mouse + 2 Flash drives without problems.
